By booking dives with Buceo Sur, I agree to respect and accept the general terms and conditions for carrying out dives, as expressed in the following articles:
Article 1: I have no known physical problem that prevents me from practising diving. I enjoy good general health, I can withstand a light current without breathing difficulty and I can carry my equipment for several dozen metres to the dive site.
Article 2: I undertake to inform Buceo Sur of any medical history, condition or physical problem that could put me in danger during the dive.
Article 3: I undertake to comply with current Spanish legislation and to have all the required documentation, in particular Article 18 of Chapter 3 of the Regulations, which stipulates that dives with planned decompression stops are prohibited for recreational diving in Spain.
Article 4: In the event of loss or damage to equipment rented from Buceo Sur, I undertake to reimburse its replacement value. This includes reimbursement of any lead weight lost by the client. This only applies in cases of failure to follow the instructions for use, negligence or misuse, and not to normal wear and tear.
Article 5: Buceo Sur is not responsible for the loss or damage of my personal equipment, including photographic equipment.
Article 5: I do not dive alone, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in poor physical condition.
Article 6: I do not dive beyond the depths authorised by my certification level and Spanish legislation. I always perform a 3-minute safety stop between 3 and 5 metres and end the dive with an air reserve of 50 bar.
Article 7: Underwater, I pay attention to my instructors, follow their instructions and maintain the cohesion of the dive group, even when taking photographs.
Article 8: I do not take animals or plants from the sea nor do I damage the seabed.
Article 9: In accordance with the law, BUCEO SUR has a medicinal oxygen kit to provide first aid in the event of an emergency. In the event of use, the cost of the oxygen consumed is borne by the client and/or their insurance company.
Article 10: In the event of loss of consciousness, I authorise Buceo Sur to act on my behalf solely to provide me with assistance and first aid.
Article 11: I have been informed that the technical director of Buceo Sur or an instructor designated by him/her may modify the dive plan at the last moment, depending on weather conditions, to ensure everyone’s safety.
Article 12: I have been informed that my personal data, necessary for my relationship with Buceo Sur, will not be used for any other purpose and may be deleted at any time upon request.
